The Chief Executive Director of the Puntland Highway Authority (PHA), Dr. Abdifitah Mohamed Sugulle, chaired the weekly staff meeting of the agency.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the PHA, Abdirisaaq Mohamed Hayir, the Directors of the Departments, and various administrative and technical department staff.
