Puntland Highway Authority inaugurated a 2km road in the Birta-dheer area constructed by the Kebarco construction company. The ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, including CEO of PHA Puntland Abdifatah Sugule, Governor of Nugal region A. Rahman Haji Abshir, members of the Puntland Parliament, and former Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Abshir Huruse , as well as His Highness Sultan Said Mohamed Garase. The project, financed by the Puntland Government, aims to construct a total of 20km of paved road, with 7km of gravel road and 2km of paved road already prepared. The Puntland Highway Authority oversees the project to ensure quality standards are met.
