The Chief Executive Director of the Puntland Highway Authority, Dr. Abdifitah Mohamed Sugule, attended a meeting today with the Lafo-goroyo road construction committee, the minister of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the Puntland government, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf Mohamed, the Minister of State for Water and Energy, Bare Fatah, members of the Puntland parliament, and other goverment officials
The purpose of this meeting was for the road construction committee to present the money they have raised. On the other hand, the CEO of the Puntland Highway Authority to provide information on the construction of the road and what has been done. It has been shown that the work on the road has been completed by 21% and is progressing smoothly.
Finally, the CEO thanked and acknowledged the scholar committee for the road construction, including Sheikh Fu’ad and Sheikh Mahmoud Haji Yusuf, for their hard work and volunteering in the collection of the road construction fund.
