The Construction of the Gooladda-Xaarxaar road has been completed, with 10 km of pavement laid.
The ISHILQAAN Company is in charge of the road’s construction, while the Puntland Highway Authority is in charge of the management, inspection, supervision, and quality control of the road’s construction.
