On 29th June, 2022, the Puntland Highway Authority (PHA) and the ISXILQAAN Construction Company signed contract agreement for the reconstruction of 10 kilometers between Gooladda Buurtinle and Haar-Haar.
The Chief Executive Director of the Puntland Highway Authority (PHA), Dr. Abdifitah Mohamed Sugulle, and Gorod Mohamed Hassan, Owner and Manager of the ISXILQAAN Construction Company, signed the agreement of the contract for the reconstruction of the Gooladda-Burintle-Xaarxaar road.
This project was agreed to be completed within six months. And the Puntland government is funding this project as part of the project for reconstruction and rehabilitation of the road connecting Garowe and Galkacyo.
